Appointment Guidelines
In order to serve our
patients better, we strive to maintain an efficient, professional dental
practice. The philosophy of our practice is not to process a high volume
of patients. Rather, we reserve appropriate blocks of time for each of
our patients so that the procedures may be completed with close
attention to detail and as few interruptions as possible.
Missed appointments have
a negative effect on our ability to maintain the level of service you
deserve. While we are aware that circumstances may arise that may
conflict with set appointments, we request two business days notice so
that we may attempt to contact other patients awaiting time for
treatment.
For certain cosmetic and
large procedures, your treatment may require an appointment of three or
more hours. To ensure that we can provide you with the specialized
attention required for these lengthy appointments, a nonrefundable
deposit will be required. The entire deposit will be applied to
your treatment on the day services are rendered, provided we receive at
least a one week notice for your need to reschedule this time.
